Bus World Australia

School excursion bus hire

Excursions, camps, carnivals and formals, with drivers who hold Working With Children Checks.

Transport schools can rely on

School trips run to tight timetables, with bell times, venue bookings and parents waiting at pick-up. We plan every school charter around those times and confirm the details in writing, so teachers can focus on students rather than logistics.

What schools book

  • Excursions to museums, galleries, zoos, farms and field study sites
  • Camps in the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Central Coast and beyond
  • Sport carnivals for swimming, athletics and cross country
  • Representative sport and inter-school competitions
  • Year 12 formals and end-of-year events, run as supervised school events

Safety first

Our drivers hold Working With Children Checks and arrive in uniform. Seatbelt-equipped vehicles can be confirmed when you book, and NSW road rules require passengers to wear a seatbelt wherever one is fitted. If a vehicle is ever unavailable, we arrange a replacement.

Season bookings

For regular school sport, we can set up a season booking with the same pick-up and return times each week, including wash-out arrangements for wet weather.

Accessibility

Our vehicles do not currently offer wheelchair access. If a student needs an accessible vehicle, let us know early so other arrangements can be made.
