Questions and answers
Everything groups usually ask before booking a charter bus or coach.
How much does it cost to hire a bus or coach?
Every charter is priced individually, based on the vehicle size, distance, time and day of travel. Request a quote with your details and our team will send a written price.
What size vehicle do I need?
Tell us your passenger numbers and how much luggage or equipment you are carrying. We will recommend a vehicle from our fleet that fits everyone comfortably.
Do your drivers hold Working With Children Checks?
Yes. Our drivers hold Working With Children Checks and arrive in uniform, which matters for school groups, sporting clubs and families.
Are your vehicles fitted with seatbelts?
Seatbelt-equipped vehicles can be confirmed when you book. Under NSW road rules, passengers must wear a seatbelt wherever one is fitted.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Not at this stage. Our vehicles do not offer wheelchair access, so please let us know early if anyone in your group needs an accessible vehicle.
Can we bring luggage and sports equipment?
Yes. Full-size coaches have luggage space underneath. Tell us what you are bringing when you ask for a quote so we can confirm it fits.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Yes. We run day tours across NSW and interstate charters to Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Long trips are planned within heavy vehicle fatigue rules.
Can the driver wait during our event?
Yes. Return and hourly bookings keep the vehicle and driver with your group, or we can drop off and come back at a set time.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down?
If a vehicle is ever unavailable, we arrange a replacement so your trip can continue.
How do I book?
Request a quote first. When you are happy, complete the booking form. You get a booking ID straight away, and our office confirms every booking in writing.
Do you run party buses?
No. We do not provide party bus, bucks or hens services. We focus on schools, corporate, weddings, sport, tours and community groups.
Planning a group trip?
Tell us where, when and how many, and our team will send a written quote.
